Announcement: Open Journal System (OJS) Upgrade to Version 3.5.0.4

We are pleased to announce that, effective July 2026, the journal management system has been upgraded from Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 3.3 to OJS version 3.5.0.4.

This upgrade is intended to enhance system security, performance, and usability, while supporting a more efficient journal management and publishing process.

All Authors, Reviewers, Editors, and Journal Managers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the updated interface and workflow. Existing user accounts and journal data remain available, although some menus and features have changed.
